We truly enjoy our relationship with Curry Tech, from management to our individual technicians. SPIB Insurance Agency, Inc. and sister agencies, Care Providers Insurance Brokers Inc., and Sun Pacific Insurance Agency, Inc. have used Curry Tech’s IT services since September 2007. We can report that their services have been exemplary both from and IT point of view and on supporting our AMS Agency Management System. Response time is excellent, and there seems to be no problem or issue they cannot address and fix.

We have worked with several of the Curry Tech technicians and they have all been excellent. Waldek Kubicki is the technician that generally keeps us up-and-running. Waldek has done a wonderful job in taking care of our needs from the most simple tasks of replacing a CD drive and searching for “files we lost”, to maintaining our servers and servicing our old tape backup system (soon to be replaced). Response time has been great, and Waldek’s willingness to understand our needs and our urgency make a huge positive impact on our day to day IT needs. When we have needed specialized AMS help, Art Grigoryan has been a tremendous asset. Art is so familiar with AMS and AMS Help (and where ever else he needs to go to answer our AMS questions), that accomplishing AMS special tasks are a breeze. If Art doesn’t know the answer he can find it in a flash. Art was a great help in making a global change of Rep’s when we made staff changes, and had to allocate an entire book of business from one Rep to three different Reps. It went like clock work!

Michael Curry and his staff have been there for us with suggestions and information making sure we had all of the information we needed to make informed decisions, about our overall IT situation. We are Insurance Agencies not IT professionals, and having Curry Tech advising us relating to our IT and AMS issues has been a significant asset.

Just a quick note to let you know about the VERY FINE SERVICE I received today. I called in this morning after losing one of the two RAID HDs in my older Dell box (my main desktop PC).

Justin was excellent, got it logged in immediately, and no sooner than I got off the phone with him than Azul called and said he was on his way over.

Azul’s been terrific! Helped us out a lot lately! Today was no exception. He got down to business, replaced the HD that you apparently had in house, got it repairing itself, and was off to improve on our backup system, which he seems to be improving on its setup.

Anyway, to say I’m pleased is an understatement! You know what it’s like when your main PC goes down. Azul got me up quicker than expected, brought a 4th USB HD over I had purchased through Justin, worked on the backup routines, and even did some other minor tweaks while on site.

YOU’RE TEAM MEMBERS ARE FANTASTIC!!! Can’t thank you and your guys enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you Justin and Azul (and Michael)!

This note to you is merely to share feedback on the excellent service and expertise shared with me by Rob Peterson. While I always appreciate working with your team, honestly Rob answered questions and fixed situations I have been dealing with in working remotely ever since May 2008. I could not print locally working on Brea documents remotely, nor scan.

In the Brea office, my co-worker and I in the Benefits Dept. have had issues in trying to open and retain documents sent to us that were taken off the internet or Excels that we could not open. I have had different answers by a couple of your employees (when I put in requests for Support), but Rob answered, worked on and followed-through enough for me to actually have these issues resolved. I truly appreciated the time and effort he professionally dedicated to me today. I hope that his skills and expertise are being dully noticed.
